horrible, this company is very unprofessional and provided wrong material. Jason is extremely arrogant guy and no after sell services. I had to bring same material twice but still missing parts and color.

1. We actively deal with after-sales, but your consistent abuse in the after-sales process leads to inability to communicate normally.
2. For your lost items, since we are in accordance with the terms of EXW, we have provided complete loading photos, loading list and bill of lading, showing that our goods are all loaded in containers. However, you did not tell us that you lost part of the goods until one month after receiving the goods. According to the shipping terms, the seller should not bear the loss. I helped you find the forwarder to apply for insurance claim, but you insulted the forwarder, which led to the forwarder's uncooperation and shielding us. But now we still make a concession, saying that we will make the product for you again for free, but do not bear the freight, you do not accept this plan and continue to abuse.
